Sonam Wangchuk, the engineer, innovator and education reformer who inspired the Bollywood movie ‘3 Idiots’, has developed a solar-powered tent for Indian Army. The tent could accommodate 10 jawans and sustain even under sub-zero temperatures such as minus 14 degrees Celcius and will help Indian soldiers stay warm in high-altitude climes like Galwan Valley.
