VOC Automotive launches Training Program with Job Placement Guarantee
VOC Automotive, a provider of automotive services, announces the launch of its innovative training program, VOC Technical Academy (VTA). Designed to equip individuals with the skills necessary to excel in the automotive sector, the program aims to train and employ 2,500 people with a minimum of a 10th-grade education.
According to VOC, with over 600 participants already enrolled, this program is set to revolutionize the industry by providing training and 100% job placement opportunities – all brand 2-wheeler training under one roof.
Since its inception, the program has attracted participants from various regions across India, including North India (Bihar, Odisha), East India, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
Training sessions are conducted at VOC’s head office in Bangalore, where participants receive accommodation and food as part of their training fee.
Venkatesh B M, CEO and co-founder of VOC Automotive, expressed enthusiasm for the program’s impact, stating, “We are committed to providing quality training and guaranteed job placements in our VOC outlets. Our goal is to address the critical shortage of skilled labor in the automotive sector, both domestically and internationally.”
The program offers two distinct courses tailored to different levels of experience. A 15-day intensive course for freshers and a 60-day comprehensive course for experienced individuals. Both include accommodation, meals, and a 100% guaranteed job placement. “Upon completion, freshers can expect starting salaries ranging from Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 15,000, depending on location,” VOC said.
The training program is divided into four categories: Beginner for general services, Bronze for bodywork, Silver for engine work, and Expert for electrical work.
