Talking on the product innovation, he said, “In India, we are launching our most innovative switchgear, which is called XIRIA Plus – that’s basically a zero SF6, no pressurized system inside and it’s a completely recyclable material.”
Eaton XIRIA Plus is a new generation of electric Ring Main Units (RMU) that uses a vacuum interrupter compartment and solid insulation and is Eaton’s new environment-friendly solid insulated RMU. XIRIA Plus is suitable for 12 kV power distribution systems.
