Bharat Bijli’s Automation Division was established in 2007, offering a comprehensive automation portfolio to various industries. Our offerings encompass motors, drives, controllers, HMI, and IoT solutions as part of Industry 4.0.
Could you guide us through your installation and the products on display?
Here, we have the Generation 6 drives from KEB Germany, motion controllers, and HMIs. Our general-purpose drives range up to 25 HP, while the Generation 6 drives span from 2.2 kW to 450 kW. These drives are locally assembled in India, adhering to German technology and standards.
Additionally, we have a complete range of servo motors known as the Synchro Torque series, ranging from 10 Newton meters to 280 Newton meters. These motors include 1.1 kW and 55 kW options. We take pride in being pioneers of mass-producing servo motors in India, having supplied over 3000 units. We’ve received awards for innovation in motor manufacturing from the plastic industry and various customers.
Are there any new products you would like to highlight?
Our latest offering is a specialized product range designed for applications in textile, plastic, and printing, with torque ratings from 10 to 30 Newton meters. We offer this product along with KEB servo drives and Synchro Torque servo motors.
How do you support your customers?
We provide automation solutions for various sectors, including plastic, printing and packaging, metal, textile, and machine tools. Our application engineering team develops tailored solutions, which our field application team tests on-site. Additionally, we have a dedicated service setup with centers for drives and servo motors, along with a service helpline to address customer needs promptly.

We emphasize that our booth promotes ‘Make in India’ products. We encourage everyone to explore our range of locally available servo motors, which offer Indian technology at competitive prices. Furthermore, we can demonstrate our IoT solutions designed to enhance industrial automation.

We are delighted to see a positive response from customers appreciating our servo motors and generating numerous inquiries.
