Beckhoff Automation successfully concludes its webinar series Motion Platform 2021 – Drive technology in practice
Beckhoff Automation successfully concluded the webinar series “Motion Platform 2021 -Drive technology in practice” starting 10 to 14 May. Around 248 customers registered for the 5 days event.
Participants from factory automation, manufacturing industry, technology-focused industrial automation companies attended the 5-day event. Attendees were from Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra and North India.
The webinar topics included Tools for smooth drive planning on day 1, TwinCAT Motion Designer, Calculation of the mass inertia and regulator optimization on day 2, Fast assembly of an AX8000 control cabinet and System assembly of AMP8000 without control cabinet on day 3, Safety planning and implementation in practice on day 4 and Commissioning and servicing of drive applications in practice on day 5.
The webinar started with an opening note by Head of OEM Sales Milind Kaluskar highlighting the topics of the webinar, and this was followed by the pre-recorded demonstration videos by product experts from Germany.
Each topic was specially selected that could overcome present challenges faced by users of servo motors and drives in machines and automated manufacturing systems, assembly systems, test ting systems etc. Mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and Automation & Control engineers were the beneficiary attendees.
Q&A session moderation was excellently done by the Products Specialists Ashutosh Tarlekar, Pavan Sadarjoshi, and Yogesh Mali.
The Q&A sessions at the end of the event were very live and with more interest shown in topics like Motion Designer, AMP Motors, AM8072 , AX81x18, vibration monitoring, predictive maintenance, compact drives, auto tuning, EN / UL Standards, STO, TwinSAFE.
TwinCAT Motion control programming was in high demand from participants program after the event.
