AceMicromatic leaves its mark on the Moon!

India is celebrating the remarkable achievement of the Chandrayaan-3 Mission to the Moon. During this mission, the rover called Pragyan has imprinted the national emblem of India and the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) logo on the lunar surface. This action symbolizes India’s lasting presence on the Moon.

It’s worth noting that the AceMicromatic Group, India’s largest conglomerate in the machine tool industry, has played a significant role in this mission’s success. AceMicromatic Group was one of the distinguished exhibitors at the DMTX 2023 held in Delhi.

For further insights, we invite you to view an exclusive interview with Amit Goel, Assistant General Manager and Zonal Head (North), Micromatic Machine Tools.

Could you kindly provide a concise overview of your company and its operations?
Our company operates across diverse sectors, offering a range of 10 different solutions, encompassing machinery, eco-friendly technologies, and more. We have a global presence with over 80,000 machines deployed worldwide and a customer base exceeding 15,000. Despite our substantial scale, we prioritize maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

Could you provide insights into your featured exhibits at this event?
At this exhibition, organized by IMTMA, we are showcasing a variety of machinery, including our precision CNC Machine known as the CSJ 400 RG Compact series, a 2-axis Horizontal Turning Centre. Another highlight is our innovative Sliding Head Automat, the SHA20 Magna, available in three variants: 10, 20, and 32. We are also presenting our smallest Turning Centre, the Apollo (Delta Control), which offers an economical solution.

Additionally, we are proud to mention that we have printed the national emblem on the Pragyaan Rover, making our presence felt on the moon. We invite everyone to explore our groundbreaking sliding head machine, a true innovation in the Indian market.

One of our key offerings is the DTC 400 XL – High-Speed Drill Tap Machining Center, featuring a standard 10,000 rpm Speed (Direct Drive) and an optional 24,000 rpm speed catering to electronic industries. We are also displaying the 740V, a Compact Vertical Machining Center ideal for die mould components. Our CNC External Cylindrical Grinder PLUTO 18, equipped with an Indian controller and advanced features like Auto Tool Wear Offset Correction and Automated SPC, is another highlight, enabling in-process/post-process measurements and quality improvements.

Innovation is a cornerstone of our identity. As the first company in India to introduce 3D printing machines, we have supplied one and aim to expand their presence further. Our commitment to excellence and quality sets us apart from our competitors.

What would you consider the standout attraction at your booth during this exhibition?
We encourage visitors to explore our India-made Sliding Head machine, which we are working to establish in the Indian market. Additionally, our built-up Center showcases machines that compete effectively in their respective domains. The finish and performance of our Die & Mould machine are also noteworthy.

Is there any message you would like to convey to your current or potential customers?
We want to emphasize our unwavering support for our customers and welcome their feedback to help us address any areas for improvement. We invite everyone to visit our booth and experience our cutting-edge solutions firsthand.
