WATCH her exclusive interview with mojo4industry to know more about Accusharp, their product portfolio, and future roadmap.

Have you launched any new products at IMTEX 2023?
Yes, Accusharp has launched new products in terms for Aerospace Industry. We are also exploring industries in Railways. For Aerospace we have some new products like Cutters. Accusharp is into specialized cutting tools. Earlier there were very less Aerospace Market requirements, of the specialized or the USP is basically of the factory cutters they are made out of a particular material, the colonial material and that is the reason we are getting into Defense and Aerospace industry. That’s a niche market for us and Accusharp has been into specialized tools since its inception. We are growing and developing with customized tools altogether.

What are your growth drivers?
Our growth drivers are our performance, our quality, and our credibility in the Indian market. We are making in India. Presently we are moving towards industry 4.0, when we say industry 4.0, we are automating our processes and we are seeing that our manufacturing systems are aligned to serve not only the Indian market but also the experts and the global markets.

What are your long-term short-term and mid-term objectives for growth?
The growth objectives for long-term, short-term, and mid-term; short-term objectives are getting into the long-term and then mid-term. Short-term we are already there in the local market, mid-term we are growing with our imports, so we are more into a collaboration strategy. When we say collaboration strategy, we are open to all different countries where other country players can import and expand our product basket. Such a kind of strategy actually will help us in long-term strategies.

This is a male dominating sector so being a woman how do you feel about this sector? Could you put some highlights over there?
I do not have any bias between a man and a woman. Said that the mechanical engineering and manufacturing industry has always been dominated by men. Just because women are not very comfortable working on the shop floors. But today I think men and women play equal roles and there’s no bias about it.

What’s your biggest takeaway from IMTEX 2023?
There are multiple takeaways from IMTEX 2023. You get an opportunity to explore the global World. 99 countries are participating in IMTEX. Accusharp has got very good exposure being with IMTEX.
