PM Modi flags off Nagpur-Bilaspur Vande Bharat Express
Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off the Vande Bharat Express train connecting Nagpur to Bilaspur. The flagging off ceremony took place at the Nagpur railway station. During the event, PM Modi also laid the foundation stone for redevelopment of Nagpur and Ajni railway stations to be redeveloped at a cost of about Rs590 crore and Rs360 crore respectively. A five-and-a-half-hour journey between Bilaspur and Nagpur will be covered by the Vande Bharat Express six days a week. Travelers will benefit greatly from the launch of the latest Vande Bharat between the two places, which is currently a seven-hour journey by superfast trains.
PM Modi inaugurates phase-1 of Samruddhi Mahamarg
The Samruddhi Mahamarg or Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway (officially known as Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg) is a partially opened 6-lane wide, 701-km long access-controlled expressway in Maharashtra.With Samruddhi Mahamarg, the longest expressway in the country, Nagpur-Mumbai travel time will be reduced from 16 hours to 8 hours. The inauguration was attended by Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, among others.
Regreen Excel deploys Honeywell’s Plantcruise solutions
Honeywell announced Regreen Excel EPC India has deployed Honeywell’s PlantCruise by Experion DCS solution, modular systems, and field instruments across its 40 plants in India. Honeywell’s proven PlantCruise Experion Process Knowledge System technology is designed to efficiently meet the control system needs of various industrial applications. The technology helps to maximize users’ production uptime, improves safety, reliability, and efficiency, and reduces investments and operating costs. More than 80% of Regreen Excel projects use Experion PlantCruise DCS at present.
