ZOLLER to showcase Smart Factory innovations at EMO 2025

E. ZOLLER GmbH & Co. KG, the family-owned technology leader based in Pleidelsheim, will present its complete range of tool presetting, measuring, and inspection systems at EMO 2025 in Hannover. As a full-range provider, ZOLLER is positioning itself as a key enabler of digital, automated, and efficient tool management for metal-cutting production.

The company’s solutions cover the entire tool lifecycle — from planning and storage to assembly, presetting, use on CNC machines, and disassembly. Central to this ecosystem is the TMS Tool Management Solutions software, integrated with intelligent storage systems like the »toolOrganizer« and »keeper«. Tools are processed on ergonomic workbenches, heat-shrunk with energy-efficient »powerShrink« systems, balanced with »toolBalancer« devices, and measured using advanced »smile« or »venturion«  presetting machines and are automatically fed into the magazines of the CNC machines with the help of »coraLogistic«, »coraMeasure LG«, »loadBox«, »roboBox« or »coraMachineLoad« automation systems.

At all stations, tool data is captured and managed digitally via barcodes, QR codes, or »idChip« and »zidCode« technologies, allowing secure, paperless communication with CNC controls like Siemens and FANUC. The new »zidCode 4.0« and »z.DMI« systems enable seamless data exchange, minimizing setup time and preventing errors.

Through modular automation and smart software like webTMS, ZOLLER offers scalable solutions tailored to the needs of digital manufacturing. Its MYZOLLER customer portal enhances service, product management, and support through a streamlined online platform.

By combining hardware, software, and automation, ZOLLER is paving the way to the Smart Factory, ensuring precision, transparency, and efficiency across all stages of tool usage.
