Waaree Energies starts trial production at 5.4 GW solar cell facility in Gujarat
Waaree Energies, a leading solar PV module manufacturer, has announced the commencement of trial production at its cutting-edge 5.4 GW solar cell manufacturing facility in Chikhli, Gujarat. This milestone marks a significant step toward the company’s vision of fostering backward integration within the solar energy ecosystem.
The state-of-the-art plant is designed to produce high-efficiency solar cells, catering to India’s growing domestic demand while bolstering the country’s presence in international solar markets.
