Germany’s SAMSON making in India for the globe

With a rich legacy spanning over a century, SAMSON GROUP, international valve and controls manufacturer, based in Frankfurt, Germany has emerged as a prominent figure in the control valves sector for industrial processes.The company’s expertise in instrumentation and controls has been a driving force behind its enduring success.

SAMSON prides itself on manufacturing an extensive range of high-quality products, including control valves, butterfly valves, and modular automation units. These innovative solutions find application in diverse domains of process engineering. Moreover, SAMSON also offers self-operated regulators tailored for uncomplicated control systems with a consistent reference variable.

In an order to facilitate a modern work environment for future generations and improved sustainability, SAMSON is relocating its headquarters to Offenbach on the opposite banks of the Main river with an investment of EUR 250 million under the project “MainChange”. The electronics production unit of the new facility is scheduled to start at the end of 2024 and it will be fully operational by 2026-end.

In India, SAMSON has a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Ranjangaon near Pune that meets the company’s local as well as global manufacturing needs. On the sidelines of EMO Hannover Preview held in Frankfurt recently, Dr. Andreas Widl, the CEO of SAMSON GROUP delves into SAMSON’s ambitious plans for expansion in India and its future objectives. SAMSON aims to tap into the vast potential of the Indian market, establishing a strong foothold and further solidifying its global reach.
