RR Kabel acquires Luminous Home Electricals business from Schneider
RR Kabel, one of the leading electrical manufacturing companies in India and a part RR Global, has today announced the acquisition of home electrical business of Luminous from Schneider Electric. This acquisition will further strengthen RR Kabel’s consumer electricals business which has a diversified portfolio of fans, lights & appliances. The transaction is expected to close in May this year.
