Hartek Power appoints Sanjeev Gupta as its CEO

Hartek Group, one of India’s fastest growing concerns catering to the power sector through five strategic business units — Power Systems, Rooftop Solar, Power Distribution Products, Fuel Services and Smart Grids, announces the appointment of Sanjeev Gupta as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hartek Power Pvt. Ltd.

Gupta is a proficient engineer with over 35 years of experience, the most recent as Chief Engineer-Transmission Systems, PSTCL from June 2018 till July 2021. Prior to this, he was posted in the various divisions of the PSPCL and served as Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer, respectively. He was instrumental in the planning of 400 KV Transmission ring, planned for Punjab in consultation with Power Grid of India which enabled Punjab to transform from 66/220KV voltage level to 66/220/400KV voltage level benefitting Punjab of lesser losses due to major transmission on higher voltage.
