BKT Shines at IME 2025
Balkrishna Industries Ltd. (BKT) made a strong impression at IME 2025, one of India’s leading mining exhibitions, held at the Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan and Science City Ground, Kolkata.
At the event, BKT showcased its latest off-highway tire solutions, designed with precision and built for efficiency, reliability, and performance — the very foundations of the mining and industrial sectors.
BKT’s exhibit featured some of its most advanced mining tires, including:
🔹 EARTHMAX SR468 – engineered for heavy-duty earthmovers
🔹 EARTHMAX SR 34 – an all-steel radial tire specially designed for rigid dump trucks
🔹 EARTHMAX SR53 – made for powerful loader applications
The Showstopper:
The SR468 E4 High-Performance OTR Radial Tyre – currently deployed at a project since June 2023 – has already completed over 10,000 hours of service life with only 35% wear. A true testament to BKT’s innovation, quality, and durability.
