He gets emotional while speaking about the employee-employer relationship. In a heart-to-heart conversation with mojo4industry’s Editor Subhajit Roy, Simarpreet said, “(Today) compassion is lacking. Empathy is lacking. Employees are being fired due to non-performance… Let’s not get carried away with numbers…Let’s truly build human capital, then the magic happens.”
Sharing his vision for the company, he said, “Our focus is very clear. We want to contribute to the nation building. We want to lead and contribute towards the energy transition… towards sustainability and net zero.”
He further believes, “India in 2047 will be a very different country and Hartek should be one of the pillars when we talk about power infrastructure and renewable energy. That is our vision and I think we are going very strong for that.”
