thyssenkrupp Industries India and Valmet Join Forces for IIoT 4.0 Industrial Automation

thyssenkrupp Industries India and Valmet have recently entered into a cooperation agreement aimed at selling and distributing process automation systems in the energy sector and process industries, including sugar, fertilizers, petrochemicals, and metals. The agreement covers the Indian market as well as other countries. The official contract signing ceremony took place on June 26th, 2023, at the Embassy of Finland in New Delhi, India.

The collaboration between the two companies will primarily focus on projects managed by thyssenkrupp, with the initial phase scheduled to span eight years. Leveraging their individual strengths and expertise, thyssenkrupp and Valmet intend to deliver exceptional control and automation solutions, establishing a robust portfolio of Industrial Automation offerings within the IIoT 4.0 domain.

Beyond the cooperation on Valmet DNA Distributed Control System, the partnership between thyssenkrupp Industries India and Valmet extends to technology innovation, business model development, and customer service. Both organizations share a commitment to becoming preferred brands by providing value and premium solutions to their customers. thyssenkrupp Industries India also emphasizes its dedication to expanding its service offerings for both domestic and global customers through the development of new solutions.
