Socomec Appoints Amanda Lim as APAC Chief Human Resources Officer
In a strategic move to bolster its presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, Socomec, a renowned global leader in Low Voltage (LV) power management, has appointed Amanda Lim as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for APAC, effective immediately.
With a robust professional background spanning over 25 years, Amanda Lim brings a wealth of expertise and leadership in HR to her new role. Holding a Master’s degree in Leadership and Education from RMIT and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National University of Singapore, Amanda has held key positions such as Manufacturing Engineer in the semiconductor industry and HR management roles at Schneider Electric. Most recently, she served as HR Director for Espressif Systems, a leading AIoT R&D organization.
In her capacity as APAC CHRO, Amanda will spearhead Socomec’s HR strategies across the region, with a primary focus on talent development, fostering employee engagement, and nurturing a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
