WIDMA presents MacHX800 at PMTX 2024

Rajashekar Venkat: We are excited to introduce our 800 mm pallet horizontal machining center. As the Indian industry expands, there is an increasing demand for large machining centers. We have launched this machine to meet the needs of Indian manufacturers.

Which industries will be the end users of this product?
Rajashekar Venkat: The end users will include general engineering, aerospace, tractor equipment, and customers machining large components for various industries.

Besides the Mach X800, we also see the BPG50 machine. How will this machine impact the future of the machining industry?
Swastika Mukherjee: Before starting the grinding process, an essential step involves blank profile grinding to achieve desired geometries and accuracies. This machine is a valuable addition to our portfolio. It is compact yet equipped with advanced automation features. For instance, it supports automated loading and unloading for entire batches. The machine is highly versatile and capable of grinding profiles up to 0.4 mm. Additionally, it includes built-in inspection facilities to ensure reliable operation. We are thrilled to introduce this machine, which offers numerous advanced features. We look forward to our customers leveraging its capabilities to enhance their operations.
